Thank you for supporting F.S.Kabani. Every order you place helps us carry our story — from the streets of Sydney to the vanua — forward. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We currently ship Australia-wide from Sydney, NSW. Standard shipping times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping
We ship internationally, including to Fiji and the Pacific Islands. International shipping times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on your location and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order through the carrier's website.
Delays
While we do our best to meet all delivery estimates, F.S.Kabani is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at store@fskabani.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
